How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We dispatch 90% of orders on the same day they are placed to ensure quick delivery, and most of our customers receive their orders 1 – 3 working days after the dispatch.
When will my order be dispatched?
We keep a large stock of most of the products that we sell which allow us to offer very fast dispatch and delivery times.
Dispatch happens on workdays (Monday to Friday) from 12:00 till 15:00.
If you place your order till 14:00 you order will be dispatched in the same day, if you place your order after 14:00, we can not gurantee that you order will be shipped out in the same working day.
Why hasn’t my order arrived?
If your order has been marked as shipped but you have not received it within the adviced time, we recommend contacting us at sales@bnlgroup.lv or contact your sales person
